Most parts of the pumpkin are edible, including the flesh, the shells, the seeds, the leaves, and even the flowers. When ripe, the pumpkin can be boiled, baked, steamed, or roasted. In this workshop Chef Jean-Michel will feature Pumpkin Crème Brûlée, Pumpkin Jam, Green Apple & Pumpkin Soup, Roasted Rumpkin, Calamari Saffron & Pumpkin Risotto and Sweet Potato & Pumpkin Velouté.

There’s nothing like the mouth-watering smells of home-made pizza straight from the oven. Forget the frozen substitute, Chef Jean Michel will introduce the secret of creating an authentic Italian pizza in this workshop, using the traditional recipe to create the perfect crust and base and simply the freshest ingredients only. You’ll learn how to make this age-old classic the way it’s meant to be made. Chef Jean Michel will feature Pizza dough, Pizza Margherita, Four cheeses, Four Seasons, Calzone, Panzerotti and Pumpkin Pizza.
