Make Your Own Scones

Do you love scones but can’t find good ones around town? So why not bake your own instead?

The French Culinary School @ HTC in Asia will kick off its first cooking classes starting Jan 22 with lessons on baking sweet and savoury scones.

Chef Jean Michel will be conducting the class. Participants will learn Savoury Scone recipes like Cheddar and Chive Scones, Feta, Olive and Sundried Tomato Scones as well as sweet scones like the Pumpkin, Orange and Apple scones.
